Chandana is currently studying the Bachelor of Medical Studies/ Doctor of Medicine degree at Bond University. Previously, she completed one year of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) program at the University of Adelaide. She graduated from Saint Ignatius’ College, Adelaide in 2021 with an outstanding ATAR, and has since helped many aspiring students get into medical school through UCAT and interview preparation. With three years of experience tutoring academic subjects, as well as UCAT, Bond psychometric testing and interview preparation, Chandana’s approach to teaching is unique and tailored to the abilities of each student, helping them unlock their maximum potential.
Having undertaken the UCAT twice, and attending multiple successful medicine and dentistry interviews, Chandana understands what it is like to be a candidate. Her experience as a high-achieving medical student and passion for working with students enables her to bring a fresh perspective, and empathetic approach to tackling these assessments. Chandana’s teaching style has been described by her students as a “unique, strategic approach which helps break down these daunting assessments into bite-sized, easily understandable concepts”. Her interview coaching sessions have helped students “discover their inner confidence”, and “channel their authentic personalities” by weaving their life experiences into polished, professional responses.
